Logan Chamber Business & Networking Breakfast 2020
March 4 @ 6:45 am - 8:30 am
Ensuring you and your business are change ready
Every business needs to change to achieve its goals and aspirations, but with 70% of change projects failing to achieve desired outcomes, with the implication that trial and error is the preferred approach for realising change, the ability to successfully plan for and achieve change may provide your business with a competitive advantage. At this presentation, participants will:
- Learn the 3 key factors and 10 sub-factors identified by extensive research as being key elements to change success;
- Assess your “change readiness” as a business generally or specifically in relation to a particular project your planning; and
- Develop an action plan to improve your chances of successfully driving change.
